Opened in 2017 in the heart of Binghamton, NY, the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator is a vibrant hub for start-up activity in the Southern Tier region and beyond. Spanning 35,000 square feet, the facility features co-working spaces, offices, high-tech laboratories, and common areas designed to foster collaboration and creativity. Managed by Binghamton University’s Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships, the Koffman provides essential tools and resources to help start-ups thrive. We understand the unique challenges of entrepreneurship and are dedicated to supporting innovative companies that create jobs and advance technology. Our mission is to inspire and empower start-ups to turn ideas into transformative innovations.
